GEODIS: A NEW ORGANIZATION TO WIN THE NEW CHALLENGES

Geodis Group, with a 4,6 billion Euro turnover, 26.000 employees all over the world, and a direct presence in 120 Countries, set up a new organisation focused on the specialisation of the activities by core business.

In this scope, the Group organizes itself in four divisions, headed by four division directors, with competences and responsibilities at worldwide level:

- CONTRACT LOGISTICS
- DOMESTIC AND EUROPEAN GROUPAGE
- FREIGHT FORWARDING
- FULL TRUCKLOAD

The same structure has been realized in Italy, where the Group is present with more than 400 million Euro turnover. Since January the 1st 2008, four societies represent the activities in the specific core business:

- CONTRACT LOGISTICS
Geodis Logistics Züst Ambrosetti, headed by Francesco Cazzaniga

- DOMESTIC AND EUROPEAN GROUPAGE
Geodis Züst Ambrosetti, directed by Cyrille Raynal

- FREIGHT FORWARDING
Geodis Wilson Italia, managed by Massimo Norcaro

- FULL TRUCKLOAD
Geodis BM, headed by Luca Craveri

Geodis Holding Italia, headed by Francesco Cazzaniga, coordinates the function structure, in charge of staff activities and of the research of the synergies among the four divisions.
